Phoebe has just turned 50, and is living with advanced breast cancer.

A little while ago she wrote to us and said: “As I approach my birthday, I find myself incredibly grateful to be alive.” She dreamt of an indulgent weekend with her family in the city, overlooking the harbor. Adding – “imagining the excitement and joy this would bring to my family, particularly the children, already fills my heart with warmth.”

After her dream Phoebe wrote “We had an incredibly enjoyable time as a family. To add to the perfection, we were treated to an amazing Vivid Sydney drone show, from the comfort of our hotel room balcony! These moments are especially precious to us as a family, particularly since my diagnosis. Making these memories together has become a top priority for me.”
