Dreamer Judith, 66, has her own Dream Team - her kids Katherine & Andreas, her partner Jeannette, and her best friend Di - saying she feels “surrounded, buoyed, and encouraged by them.”

Having only met her partner a year ago; and after watching her children care for their father through his own terminal illness just 2 years ago, Judith told us that the “toughest part of her diagnosis, was seeing the impact on her Dream Team.”

Her dream was “to have a beautiful, joyful experience with them whilst she is still relatively well”.
