37-year-old Tasmanian, Hayley, was diagnosed with advanced cancer shortly after the birth of her second child. Two years on she says “I feel the last two years have just been taken over by cancer and everything that goes with it. It would be nice to escape the world of cancer, the treatments, scans and appointments and have a relaxing few days with my children for the first time in a long time.

I love nothing more in life than seeing my children (5 and 2 years old) happy. As a big Disney fan and unable to take them to Disneyland, I would love the opportunity to take them both to see Disney on Ice, something they are sure to remember! I would love to see their faces light up with joy while they experience the magic of Disney.”

Thanks to our Dream Makers and valued partners Anthem and Urban Rest for making their dream come true, Hayley and family recently travelled to Melbourne to see Disney on Ice arranged by Anthem, staying at a beautiful Urban Rest apartment. Hayley saying afterwards "Thank you so much! Disney on Ice was an incredible show and it was so great to watch everyone enjoying it."
