Brooke’s dream was to marry her “forever fiancé” Terry with their little tribe of three kids by their side.
Diagnosed with a rare cancer, Brooke dreamt of having “a fun day at the beach with the kids all dressed up to watch mum and dad get married. It is something they have asked for as they find it funny that mummy doesn’t have their same last name,'' said Brooke.
“For me, the dream is full of hope. It gives me something to think about when I’m in dark places and treatment hurts. It’s an escape for my mind to run off to when I can’t sleep at night,” she added.
